SMS Terms

These SMS Marketing Terms apply to the Vendôme text-message marketing program.

1. Program description

By checking the SMS marketing consent box and submitting your mobile number, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages from Vendôme, including messages about events, guest-list opportunities, VIP tables, reservations, special offers, and venue news.

Messages are sent to the mobile number you provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent is not a condition of purchasing, making a reservation, entering Vendôme, or receiving services.

2. How to opt out

You can cancel SMS marketing messages at any time by replying STOP to a Vendôme text message. After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message when applicable and will no longer receive promotional SMS messages from this program, subject to messages that are legally permitted or separately requested by you.

To receive messages again, sign up through an authorized Vendôme form.

4. Reservations and operational messages

SMS marketing consent is separate from reservation and customer-service communications. If you submit a reservation request or booking inquiry, Vendôme may contact you about that request, reservation, payment, event attendance, or customer-service issue. Those operational communications are not promotional marketing consent.

5. Age requirement

Vendôme’s public venue information states that entry is strictly 21+ with valid identification. Participation in the SMS marketing program is limited to individuals who are at least 21 years old unless Vendôme adopts a different age requirement after confirming that requirement with its messaging provider and legal counsel.

6. Privacy

Vendôme’s collection and use of your name, mobile number, email address, reservation information, and other personal information are described in the Vendôme Privacy Policy.

7. Carriers and delivery

The program is intended for participating United States wireless carriers. Vendôme does not guarantee that every message will be delivered or delivered on time. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
