Protecting your private information is our priority. This Statement of Privacy (this “Privacy Policy”) applies to https://vendome.miami/, Vendôme Club Miami, and its affiliates, and governs data collection and usage. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to Vendôme include Vendôme Miami, PlusPlus Hospitality Group, and https://vendome.miami. The Vendôme website is an ecommerce and reservations site. By using the Vendôme Club website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

1. Collection of your Personal Information

To provide you with our products, services, and VIP experiences, Vendôme Club may collect personally identifiable information, such as:

  • First and Last Name
  • Mailing Address
  • E-mail Address
  • Phone Number
  • Internet activity (e.g., IP address, browser type, pages visited)
  • Biometric data (see Section 16)

If you purchase products from Vendôme Club, we collect your billing and shipping information to complete the transaction. Your payment card details are collected and processed by our payment processor (see Section 7).

Vendôme may also collect anonymous demographic information, such as:

  • Age
  • Gender

We only collect personal information when you voluntarily provide it to us. However, you may be required to provide certain details to access specific services such as:
(a) registering for an account
(b) entering a sweepstakes or promotional event
(c) signing up for special offers
(d) sending us an email
(e) submitting your payment information for purchases or reservations.

If you choose not to provide certain information, we may be unable to provide the requested product, service, or experience.

Vendôme does not sell or rent customer lists to third parties.

We may share data with trusted partners who assist with reservations, customer support, event promotions, analytics, or deliveries. These partners are bound by confidentiality and may not use your information for any other purpose.

We may also disclose your information if required by law or in good faith belief such action is necessary to:

  • Comply with legal process
  • Protect Vendôme’s property or rights
  • Ensure the safety of users and the public

The website is hosted by Veltech, which relies on technical service providers (hosting, database, email delivery), some of which are established in the United States. These transfers outside the European Union are governed by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and by the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission. The list of these providers is available on request at hosting@veltech.io.

4. Website Analytics

We measure the audience and performance of this website with an anonymous, cookie-free audience and performance measurement. It does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors: it records aggregated information such as the pages viewed, the referring website, the country, the type of device and browser, and how quickly pages load. We use this information to understand how the website is used and to improve it.

5. Automatically Collected Information

We may automatically collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, domain, access times, and referring website addresses. This information is used to operate and improve our services.

6. Use of Cookies

This website does not use advertising cookies or cookies that measure its audience, which is why it does not ask for your consent through a cookie banner. Some features rely on storage that is necessary for them to work:

  • your shopping bag is remembered in your browser’s local storage;
  • our booking window keeps your booking cart in a cookie;
  • at checkout, Stripe uses cookies to detect and prevent fraud and, if you choose to use Link, to remember you (see Section 7).

You may choose to disable cookies in your browser; however, certain features of our website may not function properly.

7. Payments

Purchases from our online shop are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered in secure fields provided by Stripe and go directly to Stripe: they are never stored on our servers. At checkout, you may choose to pay with Link, a Stripe service that saves your payment details so you can reuse them; Link is governed by Stripe’s terms and privacy policy, available at https://stripe.com/privacy.

Table and ticket bookings made through our booking window are handled by our reservation provider, which processes those payments.

8. Address Suggestions

At checkout, the address field suggests addresses as you type. This feature uses Google Maps features and content: the characters you type are sent to Google to return suggestions. Use of Google Maps features and content is subject to the then-current versions of the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service at https://maps.google.com/help/terms_maps.html and the Google Privacy Policy at https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/.

9. Links

Our website may contain links to third-party sites. Vendôme is not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to read their policies before providing personal data.

10. Security of your Personal Information

Vendôme secures your information with encryption methods including SSL Protocol. While we take extensive precautions, no internet data transmission can be guaranteed 100% secure.

11. Right to Deletion

Upon a verified request, Vendôme will:

  • Delete your personal information from our records
  • Direct service providers to do the same

Certain exceptions may apply as outlined by law (e.g., transaction completion, fraud prevention, debugging, legal compliance).

12. Children Under Thirteen

Vendôme does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe we have done so, please contact us immediately.

13. Disconnecting Third-Party Accounts

If you link your Vendôme account to third-party platforms, you consent to sharing information per their policies. You may disconnect at any time through your account settings.

14. E-mail Communications

Vendôme may contact you via email for promotions, confirmations, or surveys. You may unsubscribe anytime by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link.

15. External Data Storage Sites

Vendôme may store your information on secure third-party hosting servers.

16. Biometric Collection

By visiting Vendôme or uploading photographs, you acknowledge that biometric data (such as facial recognition or ID verification) may be collected for security and operational purposes.

Such data will only be stored for up to 2 years, with fingerprints deleted within 120 days after expiration of this period. Vendôme will never sell or profit from biometric data.

17. Agreement to Arbitrate and Class Waiver

By accessing our website or providing your information, you agree to resolve claims via arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act, waiving your right to class action litigation or jury trial.

18. Changes to this Statement

Vendôme reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy. Notice of significant changes will be provided via email, on our website, or through updated statements.
